Amazon should bear the cost further such fraud seller should be punished and excude such fraud companies from their seller list.
ReplyIf you read terms and conditions of any online ecom website, they clearly passes liability to the sellers. So, you can't sue Amazon.in in an easy way Here, seller is directly liable for the fraud of its workers. Remedy is available under S415 S417 IPC for cheating or under the law of TORT.
ReplyIt is shocking to experience a fraud while shopping in a reputed and most popular web site like Amazon. In. Let methodologies should be developed to check such frauds.

Sanjay Dey I think all the online selling companies should allow their representative to open the material in front of the customer by verifying customer's ID & vice versa & if the customer accepts the material then only the representative should deliver the material.

It is clearly visible in the video that the box was already open. They are just foolling around. And if the delivery boy was present while it's been shot then he was involved too. Perfidious as him must be punished.
