The RWA provide manpower for garbage collection, grooming of parks and round the clock security.

Everyday grocery and utility items are readily available at the community market right within the Sector. For branded products, residents head towards Atta market in Sector 18 or to malls such as Wave, Star City and GIP which are in the immediate vicinity.

The biggest drawback of the Sector is its narrow lanes. There is no designated parking area inside the Sector - most residents park their cars in front of their houses. The problem happens when a family owns more than one car - and that seems to be the case with most people, some owning as many as 5 cars. Back in the day when this Sector was being developed, nobody could have imagined there will be so many cars one day.
