With not many housing societies in the Sector 52 area, Arawali Apartment is virtually a landmark in the area. This cluster of 9 towers housing 800 flats (all in 1 BHK) was built and developed by NDA and in line with some of the other Authority developed compounds. With a few small parks scattered within the walls, the compound has walking lanes lined with trees on both sides.
Both Noida City Centre Metro station and the bustling Mamura Chowk can be reached with ease by hopping on to shared tempos from the main road. Options for rickshaws and autos remain available till 9 pm.

Visitors and guests hoping for a spot within the walls might be disappointed as the compound provides parking for residents only.
There are 5 guards to secure the compound while CCTV cameras keep a close watch.
Although the Society has a few parks, most residents prefer the parks, gardens and playgrounds allotted by the Noida Development Authority. The ground within the apartment block acts as the venue for Independence Day and Republic Day celebrations.
