The RWA, with a strength of 11 office bearers, carries out maintenance duties and provides on-call services of plumbers, carpenters and electricians, charges for which are borne by the users. The RWA also manages small time maintenance activities on parks, roads, etc.

Block markets across the Sector cater to the day-to-day needs of residents including groceries, dairy products, stationeries, bank and ATM facilities. RWA Sector 33 has its own Mother Dairy outlet. Apart from these, Atta Market of Sector 18 and GIP Mall of Sector 38, which offer shoppers with a wide range of products, are at a stone’s throw from the Sector.

Personal garages and plots take care of most of the parking needs of the residents while visitors can also find slots for their vehicles for a short while.

CCTV cameras, installed at key points across the Sector, and seven guards provide round-the-clock security to residents.

There are five parks in the Sector. The large open spaces in the neighbourhood evoke envy of even mega residential projects. The community centre serves as a venue for parties, get-togethers and other social events round the year. Besides, the RWA hosts cultural functions and jagrans on various occasions. Independence Day, Republic Day and New-Year eve are also celebrated.
