The housing complex was executed with the help of members of the Society overlooking its construction in tandem with the builder to ensure top notch quality of each apartment. Spread across two acres, with 3 blocks offering a milieu of 2 and 3 BHK flats, the Society boasts of a plush green cover. There is ample parking space for each flat and guests are allowed to park their vehicles inside the Society premises. The Society is well maintained with necessary provisions of security and an electrician and plumber available on call. The Society office is open daily for all kinds of assistance. Its prominent location and easy availability of basic provisions nearby make the residential complex a coveted place to live in. The Society takes pride in its harmony and diversity of the individuals who reside there.

Aakash Ganga apartments have the advantage of being located in proximity to various markets. The nearest bus-stop is just a stone’s throw away. There are a lot of auto rickshaws and cycle rickshaws present which one could take for travelling within the sub-city. The nearest Metro stations to the Society are Dwarka sector 10 and 11 located at 2.9 and 2.6 kilometres away respectively. The nearest landmark to locate the Society is the Bharat Petroleum petrol pump right across the road from the Society.

The Society maintenance charge of around Rs 1,200 per month covers security, common area lighting, conservancy, elevator charges, building maintenance and provision for electricians and plumbers. The members have also taken the initiative to keep the outer periphery of the Society green and clean on a regular basis.

The nearest market place to the area is the DDA market, located behind the DAV school in sector 6. A smaller DDA market, called the post office market, is located at a walking distance from the apartment complex. It has various facilities such as dairy and vegetable shops, a chemist shop, stationery shops, parlour/salon, bakery, electrical shop, provisions and grocery shops as well as a few eateries. Lovers of big brands can visit the main market in sector 6, which is a mere 1.2 kilometres away from the Society. The weekly haat on Tuesdays, right next to this major market, is the perfect shopping option to stash up on fresh fruits and vegetables for home.

The initial layout of the Society offers to accommodate one parking spot per flat. However, with the increase in the number of cars owned by residents, the Society has successfully been able to accommodate more cars without having to encroach over free space. The guests are allowed to park within the Society itself.

The Society is equipped with round the clock security service. CCTV cameras are spread all across the premises and intercom services have been provided for all the residents. Visitors are monitored regularly with records of their entry and exit.

The Society has one main garden, where a recent initiative by the residents has proliferated the green cover. Various spaces around the Society have been covered with new vegetation. Children have the advantage of an exclusive playground with slides, swings and roundabouts. The Society also features special provisions for kids to play table tennis and badminton.
