Daffodils Cooperative Group Housing Society is located in the heart of the sub city at Sector 6. The Society is known for its diversity, management and unique infrastructure. There are 120 flats in which 112 flats are 3 BHK and 8 flats are 2 BHK. The 3 BHK flats are of around 90 sqm and 2 BHK flats are of an area of 78 sqm. All the 120 flats are distributed in two blocks ‘A’ and ‘B’ and 16 towers. Secretary of the Society, Gopinathan Nair, says, “This Cooperative Group was formed by the people of defence services. The quality of construction is very high. Mezzanine elevator levels enable residents to access two floors at each landing. Owing to its design, the Society has perfect security.”
The beautiful community hall inside the Society is used by the members for get-togethers and other functions. There are four guest houses inside the Society premises. Nair adds, "We have dedicated flats that're used as guest houses for the guests of the residents. Guests are charged a nominal charge of Rs 100 for a day’s stay.” The Society is famous for its disciplined atmosphere, greenery, harmony and bonding among residents.
