The Society has a maintenance charge of around Rs 2,000 per month which covers security, common area lighting, conservancy, elevator charges, building maintenance, electrician as well as plumbing service.

The nearest market place to the area is the DDA post office market in sector 6, which has various conveniences such as dairy and vegetable shops, chemist shops, stationery shops, parlour/salon, bakery, shops for provisions and grocery shops as well as a few eateries. For branded garment stores, one can visit the main Sector 6 market which is a mere 1.8 km away.

The organised layout of the Society enables the residents to effortlessly park their cars in the reserved spots. There is ample space for accommodating guests as well.

Security is one of the main agendas of the Society with round the clock guard service. CCTV cameras are spread across the area and intercom services have been provided for all the residents. Records of visitor entry and exit are maintained at the gates. Domestic helps are required to provide police verifications and tenants are needed to show proper credentials to occupy flats in the Society.

The Society has one of the most well maintained green areas in Dwarka. Along with a central park within the premises, it also enjoys the company of a DDA park adjacent. There are swings, badminton court and see-saws for children. The community hall is used for celebrations and festivities. Free yoga classes are provided to all residents.
