The RWA takes care of upkeep of the Society for a monthly maintenance charge of Rs 1.75/sqft levied from each resident. It also arranges for on-call services like plumbers, electricians, etc.

There are shops available outside the Society which cater to the shopping needs of the residents. But for the big spenders, there is Jaipuria Sunrise Plaza Mall a few km away from the Society.

There are both basement and ground level parking for the residents, each of whom is allotted with a spot to park his/her car.

There are eight guards working in shifts divided among them to ensure round-the-clock for the Society. They are aided by surveillance of CCTV cameras installed at key points in the entire complex along with an intercom network.

The open space in the Society includes parks, walking lanes, sitting and play area for kids. Platinum also has a clubhouse for social get-together and a gym equipped with modern fitness perks and equipment for fitness conscious. The Resident Welfare Association hosts and organises a number of events, jagrans and various fests round the year.
