Limra Edifice is a one of a kind residential housing society developed by Limra Builders. It offers well designed 1 and 2 BHK flats numbering 26, all in a single tower. The Sarfabad village in Sector 73 is very near to it (just about 100 metres), which makes it easier for residents to shop and to avail other services.
The Society\'s proximity to Sarfabad village in Sector 73 is a big advantage for its residents who use auto rickshaws, busses and cabs from there to commute anywhere.
Limra Edifice is under the care and control of the Builder who looks after the basic maintenance related issues. As of now there is no maintenance fee.

The Society has separate parking for visitors and guests who are allowed to park right in front of the building. There is a separate parking area for residents.
There are no visible security presence and that\'s because the Society has none. However, residents are planning to arrange at least a basic cover which will be implemented soon.
