The RWA of the Society tends to the needs of the compound. If there is anything broken, the RWA is there to fix it.

The Jasmine market in Sector 34 sees a good rush of people. The B-12 market that is situated at an arm\'s length from Nilgiri also has a fair number of shops, ATMs, and other utility services. But it is the unique \'Shukr Bazaar\' (Friday market) that brings out all residents for a shopping spree.

Only residents are entitled to parking within the compound while visitors have to park their vehicles outside the gate at their own risk!

In these times, security is of paramount importance and therefore, CCTV cameras and guards are all in place.

There is barely enough open space for play within the boundary walls; but Sector 34 has a good number of gardens and parks. Almost all festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm by the Nilgiri residents.
